Refunds
Refunds can be made at any time during the proofing process. Artwork and frames are proofed within 5 business days of receipt of payment. If artwork is not mailed within 10 business days a refund can also be processed.
Returns
Artwork is proofed by email throughout the creation process with a final proof before shipping therefore returns are not allowed after artwork has shipped.
